CARPoolGP Gaussian-process regression combined with control-variates variance reduction (CARPool) for building emulators from expensive simulation suites. Used in Lee et al. (2024).
BCM_lensing Baryon correction model pipeline for generating weak lensing convergence maps and computing peak count statistics. Used in Lee et al. (2022).
hydro_replace Tools for replacing dark-matter-only simulation fields with hydrodynamical predictions at the particle level.
STAR_emu Emulator for stellar-to-halo-mass relations trained on cosmological hydrodynamical simulations.
cosmoANP Attentive neural processes applied to cosmological parameter inference.
