Efficiently emulating distribution functions in gigaparsec volumes for varying cosmological parameters

We present a fast and accurate emulator for galaxy distribution functions — including the stellar mass function, star formation rate function, and luminosity function — across gigaparsec-scale volumes for varying cosmological parameters. By training on a large suite of semi-analytic models and cosmological simulations, our emulator provides percent-level predictions at a fraction of the computational cost of full simulations. This enables efficient exploration of cosmological and astrophysical parameter space for comparison with current and upcoming large-scale structure surveys.
